We do not receive your full payment card details. We may receive purchase-related identifiers/receipts to verify subscriptions or purchases. How We Use Information - Provide and operate the App and its features. - Authenticate users and maintain account security. - Verify subscriptions and purchases, and provide access to paid features. - Troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and improve the App. - Communicate with you about support requests and important service updates. Gravy Business Terms of Use Effective date: January 14, 2026 Acceptance of Terms By downloading, accessing, or using Gravy Business, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App. The Service The App provides tools for businesses to manage and promote offers, discounts, and related content. Features may change over time. Accounts - You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. - You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. - You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Subscriptions and Purchases - Some features require a subscription or one-time purchase. - Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of the purchase. - Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. - Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. - You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Prohibited Conduct - Do not misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access. - Do not upload or publish content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful. - Do not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law. User Content If the App allows you to upload content (such as business information, promotions, or images), you retain ownership of your content. You grant Gravy a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and provide the App and its services. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gravy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We may receive purchase-related identifiers or receipts to verify subscriptions or purchases. How We Use Information - Provide and operate the App’s core features, including showing nearby deals. - Verify in-store deal redemptions by confirming proximity to a business location. - Associate deal activity and redemptions with a user account. - Maintain app reliability, security, and performance. Respond to support requests and account-related inquiries. Location Information Location access is requested only while the App is in use. We do not collect location data in the background. Gravy Deals Terms of Use Effective date: November 9, 2025 Acceptance of Terms - By using Gravy, you agree to these Terms. - If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Anonymous Access - Gravy does not require you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. The app uses a non-personal User ID to enable core functionality. Location-Aware Features - Some app features require temporary access to your location while the app is in use to display nearby discounts and confirm redemptions. - You may disable Location Services in iOS Settings, but certain features may not work without it. Acceptable Use - You agree not to misuse Gravy or interfere with its operation. - Reverse engineering or unauthorized access to the service is prohibited. Deals & Redemptions - Offers and redemptions may vary by business and are subject to change or termination at any time. - Gravy Company, LLC. does not guarantee deal availability or value. - Participating businesses are solely responsible for honoring their deals, setting availability, and fulfilling redemptions. Gravy does not operate, manage, or control participating businesses and is not responsible for in-store experiences, fulfillment, or merchant conduct. - Deals have no cash value and may not be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash. Gravy does not provide refunds or compensation for unused or expired deals.
